Our factory produces single-core power cables for welding machines. The conductor is made of oxygen-free copper. The copper wires are small in diameter and numerous. Generally, multiple copper wires are twisted into strands, and then multiple strands are twisted into a conductor. Our welding machine cables have a thicker wire body, hundreds of copper wires, and the conductor is wrapped with a layer of heat-resistant polyester film insulation, with excellent workmanship.

Cable length limits:
The length of welding cables should generally not exceed 20-30 meters. Excessive length can easily lead to voltage drop, overheating, and even fire risks. If an extension is necessary, a cable with a larger cross-sectional area should be selected for compensation.
Avoid intermediate joints:
There should be no more than two intermediate joints, and quick-connect couplings must be used to ensure reliable conductivity and good insulation.
Regular inspection and maintenance:
Check for damage to the outer sheath and oxidation or breakage of the copper wires. Replace any cables found to be aging promptly to prevent short circuits or electric shock accidents.
Primary side wiring safety:
The length of the primary side wiring of the welding machine should be controlled within 5 meters to prevent excessive voltage drop and potential safety hazards.
