Hualun's ACSR Core Wire is an overhead power transmission conductor composed of multiple strands of aluminum wire twisted around a galvanized steel core. In ACSR Core Wire, the steel core mainly bears mechanical tension, ensuring that the conductor is not easily broken during long-distance, large-span installations; the outer aluminum wire is responsible for power transmission, utilizing the advantages of aluminum's lightweight, good conductivity, and low cost to achieve efficient power transmission.

Product Feature And Application
Hualun ACSR core wire has a simple structure, making it easy to install and maintain in practical applications. The line construction and maintenance costs are relatively low, making it widely applicable to various scenarios. Furthermore, the steel wires in our factory undergo pretreatment, drawing, and hot-dip galvanizing processes, resulting in strong corrosion resistance. Its corrosion resistance is 1.6 to 2.0 times higher than traditional steel-cored aluminum stranded wire, helping to extend the service life of the conductor.
Product Application Scenarios
Hualun ACSR core wires are particularly suitable for applications in long-span, high-altitude mountainous areas, and river valleys; ultra-high-strength steel-cored aluminum alloy stranded wires are conductor products for special geographical conditions such as crossing major rivers. In urban and rural power line renovation projects, where line corridors are narrow, steel-cored reinforced aluminum alloy conductors are selected to increase the spacing between towers and ensure electrical safety when lines cross bridges and highways.
