Huaren galvanized stranded wire is made of multiple high-strength steel wires twisted together after hot-dip galvanizing. With its excellent conductivity and tensile strength, it is widely used in power, communications, construction, bridges, and agricultural facilities.   • High Strength: Our galvanized stranded wire boasts five nominal tensile strength grades: 1270MPa, 1370MPa, 1470MPa, 1570MPa, and 1670MPa, suitable for various engineering scenarios with different load-bearing requirements.
  • Strong Corrosion Resistance: The galvanized coating on our galvanized stranded wire effectively isolates it from air and moisture, extending its service life. Furthermore, the zinc coating weight varies depending on the application, ranging from 180g/m² to 350g/m², adaptable to humid, coastal, or extremely cold environments.
  • Stable Structure and Easy Installation: The multi-strand stranded structure provides excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, facilitating transportation and on-site construction, and preventing loosening after cutting.

A: Currently, our company can provide samples of the full range of expanded diameter conductors, covering mainstream models such as stranded (LGJK series), supported (LGKK series), and substation-specific expanded diameter conductors. For products with special customization requirements, we can also develop and provide samples based on your specific parameters.
For standard expanded diameter conductor samples, we will charge a basic material cost fee, which depends on the sample specifications and length. If you subsequently sign a formal order, the sample fee can be deducted from the payment.
